What do we offer our clients?
Each personalised programme will be designed to meet the client’s needs and requirements:
- Initially understanding the rationale for and context of the programme is key
- The programme is developed based on knowledge gained from this research
- Training material is specifically tailored to the learner's needs
- Delivery of workshops to suit the client and participants
- Matching process facilitated or advice to client provided, if appropriate in mentoring.
- Ongoing learner and client support, supervision, measurement and evaluation
- Training and coaching of an in-house co-ordinator where appropriate
- Empowerment of the client to take the programme on themselves on a longer-term basis and where resources permit.
