We offer
initial consultation at no charge to our clients.
Our first step is to build trust and rapport. Then working together, we identify
the issues, develop and discuss cost-effective solutions, ensuring excellent
delivery at the right time.
We always ensure feedback and evaluation are conducted to the highest standards.
Our desire is to empower and support the client to deliver future programmes
wherever possible themselves
What do we offer our clients?

Each personalised programme will be designed to meet the
client’s needs and requirements:
- Initially understanding the rationale for and context of the programme is key
- The programme is developed based on knowledge gained from this research
- Training material is specifically tailored to the learner's needs
- Delivery of workshops to suit the client and participants
- Matching process facilitated or advice to client provided, if appropriate in mentoring.
- Ongoing learner and client support, supervision, measurement and evaluation
- Training and coaching of an in-house co-ordinator where appropriate
- Empowerment of the client to take the programme on themselves on a longer-term
basis and where resources permit.
