She was voted: “Mentoring Person of the Year 2011/12” by Coaching at Work magazine in the UK.
Her experience in mentoring programme design and development is now nationally acclaimed in the UK, with over 80 mentoring programmes to her name internationally. Lis writes and speaks at conferences about mentoring and coaching regularly and this work also informs her practice as an executive coach and designer of mentoring and coaching programmes. Her expertise and research is predominantly in the field of designing mentoring and coaching programmes with regard to talent management, coaching and mentoring women, especially through the Glass Ceiling and supervision in mentoring. Lis’s research and interests in 2015 are particularly focussed around coaching women at work for a book she is writing this year for the Open University Press.
Lis works as an Executive Coach and consultant in coaching and mentoring on a global basis and has over 25 years’ experience of working in cross-cultural environments. Jacki has also been the lead partner for mentoring within several transnational partnerships funded through the European Social Fund, visiting Finland, the Netherlands and Belgium, Spain, France, and Germany to share European mentoring best practices. Her project management skills are highly utilised by Coach Mentoring Ltd in their mentoring and coaching programme delivery.
She truly believes in equality for all, and she especially enjoys the mentoring programmes where women have flourished, gained confidence and believed in their abilities as a result of being supported by a mentor. At Coach Mentoring Jacki also heads the ‘Virtual Programme Management’ team, assisting our clients in all aspects of running a mentoring programme from reviewing and updating mentoring resources, supporting and supervising mentors and mentees through their relationships, to delivering formative and summative evaluation and recommendations for future programmes. He is a skilled coach and facilitator with experience of working with people at all levels. This includes business partnering to design, manage and deliver a range of Human Resource and Organisation Development projects. Ian’s early career began with a Short Service Commission, an opportunity to learn and practice leadership on the ‘front line’. Ian’s development profile was also informed by a number of HR management roles. Nicki’s particular areas of expertise are women’s mentoring and maternity. She was the creator and lead mentor for ‘MumtoMum’ an innovative maternity mentoring programme in Asda, and has a strong belief in the power of mentoring using role models to support individuals to achieve their potential and offer support through significant times of transition. With diversity and inclusion agendas in mind, she is currently working with David Clutterbuck to create a how-to guide for businesses to introduce parental mentoring.

Carole-Ann has over 15 years’ experience of working in manufacturing, catering and retail sectors in a range of roles focussing on human resources, people strategy and people development. Having taken a career break to raise a family before becoming self-employed, she also has experience of working with personal as well as professional transitions.
Her approach to coaching is based on building strong relationships with people in order to understand their context, motivations, aims and ambitions. Sue is an experienced counsellor, coach and coach supervisor, and also a Mindfulness practitioner. She runs a successful private practice in Ilkley and Leeds. Her energetic and insightful approach to client work enables clients to resolve difficulties using their own qualities and strengths. Her coaching clients have been from both the NHS and the private sector.
