So where will I start with this one? Well quite simply by looking at what the current mentoring activity is within the programme? what the participants feel they need? what outcomes do they want? and how are we defining mentoring here? \u00a0In addition I will be looking at the whole disability mentoring agenda in HE in the UK, which appears to be quite politically driven.
