We provide consultancy in <a href=\"\/mentoring\/mentoring-solutions.html\">mentoring<\/a> and <a href=\"\/coaching\/coaching-solutions.html\">coaching<\/a>\u00a0to grow, retain and motivate people through individual coaching or mentoring solutions. Our bespoke programmes develop employees to have good developmental dialogues in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>We are so delighted to be working with FLEXImums, we made a video&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Gender Equity Conference<\/h2>\n<p>For the 2018 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.genderequityconference.com\/?CoachMentoringReferral\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gender Equity Conference<\/a>, FLEXImums have asked Coach Mentoring Ltd to deliver a video. This introduces our services and promotes a forthcoming webinar \u2014 it explores best practice in designing and developing effective mentoring programmes in the workplace. There is an art to designing a mentoring programme properly and Lis Merrick will explain her model of design, to ensure organisations get the right results. It will consider all the elements of great design, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruitment and briefing the participants<\/li>\n<li>Matching them<\/li>\n<li>Supervising the mentors<\/li>\n<li>And creating a robust evaluation framework.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Furthermore, we will ask participants to consider these questions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Do you have a mentoring programme you would like to develop?<\/li>\n<li>Or perhaps you are already running one that needs a \u2018freshen up\u2019?<\/li>\n<li>Perhaps you could begin to define your rationale for a new programme. Or consider whom you want to target with this intervention?<\/li>\n<li>If you are already running a mentoring programme, what is going well or not quite so effectively in its operation?
