Group supervision \u2014 a safe learning space<\/h2>\n

All participants will contract for confidentiality. Supervision is not a process to check up on what your relationships are discussing. Rather it a way to reflective upon the effectiveness of the developmental dialogues with your clients. It is to supplement your ongoing practice of reflection.<\/p>\n

These group supervision sessions can be very invigorating. Not only is it an opportunity to learn new skills, it is also a good time to be challenged about your own development. For instance, bringing in new ideas from other disciplines is often a liberating experience. It is also a place to celebrate and learn from success.<\/p>\n

What is the format of the group supervision sessions?<\/h2>\n

\"AurielAuriel Majumdar<\/a>\u00a0will be your guide is each of three Zoom sessions. She\u00a0is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), accredited at Senior Practitioner level, practising within the EMCC\u2019s Code of Ethics.<\/p>\n

There will be no more than 6 participants in each session of 90 minutes. This will provide time for a thorough exploration for all individuals.<\/p>\n
