Gill Castle first came to our attention in 2023 when she became the first person to swim the English Channel with a stoma<\/a>. It took her 21 hours and was an absolutely amazing achievement! She set up Chameleon Buddies to promote social inclusion among people living with a stoma or childbirth injury. We are particularly keen to support her work in Kenya to provide stoma supplies to women who are unable to afford or access them.<\/p>\n
