Because everyone learns and reflects together, teams that embrace team coaching tend to demonstrate more focused, collective energy. And by using the Team Management Profile in your team coaching interventions you can discover an even more powerful way to help teams re-energise, refocus and create collective habits of success.<\/p>\n<p>Be one of the first to join this all new course led by Lis Merrick, a highly experienced team coach, and team coaching pioneer Professor David Clutterbuck. Uncover the fundamentals around working with learning teams and team coaching, plus techniques and approaches to team coaching.<\/p>\n<p>You will also have the unique opportunity to explore how the Team Management Systems tools support team coaching and to use the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.coachmentoring.co.uk\/leadership\/team-management-profile.html\">Team Management Profile<\/a> on the programme with expert guidance from both Lis and TMSDI\u2019s Janet Leonard.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the course, all participants will receive their own personal Team Management Profile with confidential telephone feedback from one of TMSDI\u2019s experienced learning &amp; development team.
