The outer landscape meets the inner landscape: by observing the seasons, we can uncover insights about what we need to notice, learn, or let go.<\/p>\n<p>Nature\u2019s rhythms offer powerful metaphors and resources, not only for our own growth, but also for the journeys of our mentees. Challenges like organisational change, transitions in new roles or places, heavy workloads and burnout are examples of areas she knows well.
