Members of high-performing teams are clear about their own strengths and how they best work together. Do you have that clarity in your team?<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Members of high-performing teams have clarity<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>They are clear about individual strengths, roles and responsibilities ,<\/li>\n<li>They understand how they utilise these strengths to support colleagues,<\/li>\n<li>They are clear about the overall purpose of the team,<\/li>\n<li>They know how best to communicate with one another,<\/li>\n<li>They are clear how best to adapt and re-focus in times of change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At Coach Mentoring Ltd., our <a href=\"\/development\/team-development-workshops.html\">team development workshops<\/a> offer teams space and time to reflect on themselves, their colleagues and how to be the best team they can be. A mixture of self-awareness, sharing and disclosure and team discussions provide concrete pathways to improved team success. It\u2019s a positive developmental tool which aligns with our values of valuing the individual and their individual contributions.
