EMCC states that every EIA applicant must evidence continuing professional development, reflective learning and ongoing one-to-one supervision.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>For <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coachmentoring.co.uk\/learning\/\">EIA accreditation<\/a>, EMCC Global requires a minimum of\u00a0<strong>four hours of individual supervision per year<\/strong>, distributed evenly across the twelve months. For experienced practitioners, there is also a minimum ratio of\u00a0<strong>one hour of supervision for every 35 hours of coaching or mentoring practice<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This is an important distinction: while group supervision is valuable for learning and support, EMCC\u2019s EIA requirements specifically call for\u00a0<strong>individual <\/strong>supervision. Group sessions can complement your supervision plan, but they do not automatically satisfy the individual supervision requirement.<\/p>\n<h2>An offering tailored to your needs<\/h2>\n<p>Coach Mentoring Ltd provides supervision, reflective practice and ethical support for coaches and mentors.
