How wonderful it would be to have that little ‘nugget’ of coaching or mentoring knowledge available to watch just when you needed it? If you are responsible for delivering a coaching or mentoring programme then we have a range of these ‘nuggets’ available within our ‘off the shelf’ standard skills training videos, ready and waiting for you to use. Alternatively we offer a bespoke product, where the subject matter and content of videos can be personalised to meet your specific needs.
How to use your Skills Training Video
These videos tackle specific areas that are useful in developing or reinforcing the development of your coaches/coachees or mentors/mentees. You can purchase them and embed them in your own intranet or use them as stand alone ‘bites’ within a training programme that you are running. Use them to provoke discussion, challenge your participants, or just reinforce good coaching and mentoring practice. We have a list of titles available as standard videos, but are very happy to extend the range, or we can produce bespoke products to match your specific programme needs. These videos can be personalised with your own logos, graphics and organisational jargon, we can be very flexible!
What do the Skills Training Videos cover?
The short, engaging videos generally run for 7 to 15 minutes and cover a variety of subjects in both coaching and mentoring.
Standard video topics include:
- The Three Stage Process in Coaching
- Using listening skills in coaching
- Effective questioning skills in coaching
- How to have an effective mentoring relationship
- Using challenge in the mentoring relationship
- Mentoring through change and transition
- Building a mentee’s self-confidence and self-esteem
- Using creative mentoring techniques
