Join three virtual sessions of group supervision in early 2022. Ideal if you’re a coach or a mentor wanting to share your experiences and learn from others. Your expert supervisor will guide the group and hold the space, so that you feel comfortable to express yourself, reflect on your relationships and learn more skills. Supervision is a crucial part of your practice with educative, quality control and ethical check-in qualities.
Group supervision — a safe learning space
All participants will contract for confidentiality. Supervision is not a process to check up on what your relationships are discussing. Rather it a way to reflective upon the effectiveness of the developmental dialogues with your clients. It is to supplement your ongoing practice of reflection.
These group supervision sessions can be very invigorating. Not only is it an opportunity to learn new skills, it is also a good time to be challenged about your own development. For instance, bringing in new ideas from other disciplines is often a liberating experience. It is also a place to celebrate and learn from success.

What is the format of the group supervision sessions?
Auriel Majumdar will be your guide is each of three Zoom sessions. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), accredited at Senior Practitioner level, practising within the EMCC’s Code of Ethics.
There will be no more than 6 participants in each session of 90 minutes. This will provide time for a thorough exploration for all individuals.

The group supervision schedule is:
- 25th January 2022 @ 14:00 (UK)
- 1st March 2022 @ 14:00 (UK)
- 5th April 2022 @ 14:00 (UK)
