Free mentor CPD webinarsStarting with the roles, responsibilities and activities of a mentor, this season of webinars explores further issues your mentee might experience. Nine short, interactive free-webinars (during UK lunchtime) provide a safe space to develop and discuss your mentor CPD. Suitable for internal or external mentors, come along on the following dates for free learning and sharing together.

The roles, responsibilities and activities of a mentor

What good shall I do this day?This session explores the different schools of mentoring and the roles a developmental mentor and a sponsor can play. It will describe good practice in a mentor’s behaviour and discuss how to agree behaviour expectations with your mentee at the beginning of your relationship.

This session will be less useful for experienced mentors.
