This blended course includes in-person learning across three modules starting in May 2024. Delivered by experts in the practical application of academic rigour, it’s suitable for internal and external coaches and mentors, or those looking to develop their leadership skills.

Join the next postgraduate certificate (PGCert) accredited programme to develop your skills to be a more effective coach or mentor. Starting April 2023, this Level 7 accredited course in coaching and mentoring for leadership in organisations offers a path, via a postgraduate diploma (PGDip), to a full masters qualification.
