Individual, Group, or Peer coaching supervision — which format is best?
When you have decided to engage with supervision you need to consider which mix of activities will best suit you and your practice. There are three formats of coaching supervision available to a coach:
- Individual (one-to-one)
- Group
- Peer (individual and group)

Setting direction in a mentoring relationship
It is really critical to have clear focus in a mentoring relationship. Otherwise, it will simply turn into a series of nice conversations, with no real learning or development. In developmental mentoring, setting direction is the mentee’s responsibility with the support and encouragement of their mentor.
