Following the success of our CPD webinars for mentors, we have decided to go back to some of the mentoring basics in the run up to Christmas to enable new mentors to get up to speed with some of the learning our existing mentoring community enjoys.
Fast-track access to EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation via a Level 7 Postgraduate Certificate (PGC) in Coaching and Mentoring for Leadership in Organisations. This course, accredited by Leeds Beckett University, provides convenient virtual learning across three modules starting in April 2025. It is suitable for internal and external coaches and mentors, or those looking to develop their leadership skills.

As usual, Lis Merrick will lead most of these discussions, with guest speakers also bringing their experience to topics. This time we include talk of psychological safety, artificial intelligence, mental health and boundaries in mentoring. Whether you are new to mentoring, or an old hand looking for fresh ideas, join these relaxed, interactive and fun mentor CPD sessions.

Lis Merrick will lead most of these discussions, aimed at supporting mentor CPD in a relaxed, interactive, informative and fun environment. Guest speakers will also bring their experience to topics. Our series includes supporting your mentee with self-confidence and self-belief, mentoring and diversity, mentoring through career transitions, helping your mentee through liminal space, solutions focussed mentoring and reverse mentoring. The series culminates in an extended mentor supervision session.
