PGC in Coaching and Mentoring for Leadership in Organisations
This accredited learning is delivered by a team of coaching and mentoring experts through a blended approach of virtual webinars or face-to-face learning, with group discussions, action learning sets, pertinent reading on up to date coaching and mentoring concepts and models, written research and assignments and actual coaching and mentoring sessions, which will be assessed by the tutors with feedback.
“I expected to join a course. What I didn’t expect was to find a community of different experiences, different thoughts, different people that I am proud to be part of — all with the common thread of being supportive and very caring.”
