Focus of Each Session

A different aspect of coaching and mentoring is covered in each 90-minute session.

The coaching has brought a significant shift in my approach to leadership and teamwork. I’ve become more intentional about listening deeply and asking open-ended questions, which has helped me move away from simply providing solutions to empowering team members to find their own.”

Programme Benefits

  • Delivered by a team of experts who are coaching and mentoring practioners.
  • Each programme is run as a ‘closed’ course tailored to the culture of the organisation the EQA is being delivered within.
  • There are also periodic ‘open’ programmes for all-comers to join like-minded individuals.
  • The programme can build internal coaching and mentoring organisational competence at any level of the organisation.

The programme creates a close-knit network of coaches and mentors who have journeyed together through the course and who can continue to draw on each other for support, peer supervision and learning.
