“Participating in this programme has been invaluable for my professional growth. The guidance, support, and insights broadened my perspective, strengthened my skills, and boosted my confidence to navigate challenges and opportunities in the organisation.
The coaching and mentoring sessions provided practical tools, knowledge, and strategies I have been applying in my role. Given the dynamic nature of our work, the programme helped me understand organisational priorities, improve decision-making, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. I would like to thank Charlotte for being such a generous and excellent coach, mentor, and facilitator rolled into one!
Beyond the professional skills gained, I have greatly valued the opportunity to learn from peers in the course and engage with those who are equally committed to growth and excellence. The encouragement, constructive feedback, and shared experiences have been instrumental in shaping my development journey. The feedback I received from the Reflection Learning Notes were very helpful and I look forward to applying the lessons learned to create even greater value for the organisation.”

Delivered virtually, webinars every 2 weeks work well, allowing time for individuals to practice. However, if your organisation prefers a more intensive in-house approach, face-to-face sessions over 2-3 days is an effective option.
