Following the success of our CPD webinars for mentors, we have decided to go back to some of the mentoring basics in the run up to Christmas to enable new mentors to get up to speed with some of the learning our existing mentoring community enjoys.

Our series includes supporting your mentee with self-confidence and self-belief, mentoring and diversity, mentoring through career transitions, helping your mentee through liminal space, solutions focussed mentoring and reverse mentoring. The series culminates in an extended mentor supervision session.
Starting with the roles, responsibilities and activities of a mentor, this season of webinars explores further issues your mentee might experience. Nine short, interactive free-webinars (during UK lunchtime) provide a safe space to develop and discuss your mentor CPD. Suitable for internal or external mentors, come along on the following dates for free learning and sharing together.
Organisations can use mentoring to step-up and take the lead on climate change now, rather than wait for governments to impose regulations, which will be too late! The biophysical underpinnings of our world are all threatened by accelerating climate change and the speed and scale of sustainability efforts have been inadequate to date.
