Coach Mentoring Ltd is delighted to be working in partnership with Professor David Clutterbuck (David Clutterbuck Partnership) and TMSDI to deliver an accredited Team Coaching Foundation course incorporating the Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile.
Team coaching is a practical way to apply the principles of coaching to the team as a whole. Because everyone learns and reflects together, teams that embrace team coaching tend to demonstrate more focused, collective energy. And by using the Team Management Profile in your team coaching interventions you can discover an even more powerful way to help teams re-energise, refocus and create collective habits of success.
Be one of the first to join this all new course led by Lis Merrick, a highly experienced team coach, and team coaching pioneer Professor David Clutterbuck. Uncover the fundamentals around working with learning teams and team coaching, plus techniques and approaches to team coaching.
You will also have the unique opportunity to explore how the Team Management Systems tools support team coaching and to use the Team Management Profile on the programme with expert guidance from both Lis and TMSDI’s Janet Leonard.
As part of the course, all participants will receive their own personal Team Management Profile with confidential telephone feedback from one of TMSDI’s experienced learning & development team. The first course will start on 9 March 2016 consisting of six 90-minute webinars ending in July 2016, plus:
- self-study (reading prescribed texts and course materials plus self-diagnostics)
- practice with real teams
- individual marked learning logs
Participants will be taught in groups of up to 12. Candidates must have an interest in team facilitation and coaching. Successful completion of the programme will lead to an ICF Foundation Course Certificate.
