IKIGAI Mindset in Coaching and Mentoring

In Japanese, IKIGAI means a ‘life worth living’. How often do we overlook nature, our health, and the people who truly matter to us as we chase the rat race of everyday life?

An IKIGAI mindset helps us cultivate hope, courage, and resilience when life gets tough.
IKIGAI teaches us to silence the noise and be fully present in the here and now.

Join us, in this follow-up to the previous autumn session, to learn more about how to apply the IKIGAI mindset in the coaching and mentoring space.
