Core Coaching and Mentoring Skills Details

Terms and Conditions
In the unlikely event of a complaint, it is expected that delegates will contact their course tutor in the first instance at the time of the incident occurring. Following this any complaints will be dealt with in line with the complaints policy in force at the time, a copy of which will be provided to the delegate upon request.

Any material provided to delegates on the course are for the sole use of that delegate only. All materials and publications remain the intellectual property of Coach Mentoring Ltd and are subject to copyright, unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Attendance on the course does not automatically result in the conferment of the award. Delegates must actively participate in all the webinars and complete the reflection notes in line with the respective deadlines and to the required standard.

The full balance of the course is payable in line with the payment terms irrespective of attendance or completion of the course. Should the course be unable to commence as scheduled, monies received will be refunded with no further liabilities on either side.

Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes and claims).
