A practical and EMCC accredited foundation in coaching and mentoring, ideal for individuals wanting to develop as a coach or mentor or for managers wishing to more effectively coach their teams. What is the structure of the Foundation Level programme?

Fast-track to EMCC Foundation Level
As well as your Core Coaching and Mentoring Skills qualification, the course includes the EMCC Global Quality Award EQA quality award. Upon graduation you can apply to EMCC for EIA individual accreditation at Foundation level.
Your qualification provides discounted first year EMCC membership. The fast-track application process also means you achieve rapid access to your 5-year EIA Foundation level accreditation, also at a reduced fee.
What is my commitment to complete the course?
To get the most from the course, you should aim to attend all webinars. Your tutor will be sympathetic of any unexpected life-challenges, but any absence will reduce the benefit you will gain.
EMCC EQA accreditation of the Foundation EQA
You will receive a certificate of completion upon successful conclusion of your Core Coaching and Mentoring Skills programme. In addition, it is EMCC EQA accredited at Foundation level. Successful graduates receive fast-track access to EMCC EIA Individual Accreditation, providing another way to verify and demonstrate competency.

What is the cost of the Foundation Programme?
The corporate or for-profit rate is £1775+VAT. This rate is for those supported by a corporate employer or in a position of financial security. This rate covers your place and helps us offer reduced cost places for others. We invite you to pay this rate; it covers your place and helps us offer reduced or free places for others.
The individual or non-profit rate is £1495+VAT. VAT is not payable for delegates outside of the UK, or if you are a self-funding individual.
We also offer a limited number of places at a Community rate of £995 for individual support, made possible by the assistance of others.
Our pricing structure is based on your ability to pay and this allows our programmes to be accessible to those that otherwise wouldn’t be able to join. It aligns with Coach Mentoring Ltd’s Social Impact Strategy.

How do I book on to the programme?
Applications are now open and operate on a first-come first-served basis. Get in touch to reserve your place — a 10% deposit will confirm your place. We’ll share the application form for you to complete.
When do applications close?
Payment is due no later than 2 weeks before the course begins.
